Manufactured with strict quality controls to conform to DIN 2093 load characteristics. Our disc springs range is for hard-wearing applications which require high resistance to fatigue. In addition to the standard sizes from stock, intermediate and larger sizes are available on request.

MATERIAL
Disc springs with material thickness less than 1.25 mm are manufactured in high carbon steel UNI EN 10132.4 C67S.
Disc springs with material thickness over 1.25 mm are manufactured by alloy steel 50CrV4.

MANUFACTURE
Disc springs with material thickness over 1.25 mm are machined with rounded inside edges.

Phosphates and oiled

All tolerances and sizes conform to DIN 2093.
